Still no news on the account. In answer to Kuba's question, I doubt posting on the forums after a week will get anything done faster. I've read that forum and I've seen people waiting five weeks for their stuff back. Still, I've made a thread and we'll see what happens.

well, there is a czech idiom that goes something like:
"You don't pay anything for a question."
so why not try it, I have really seen this speed issues up
but i am sure there were at least as many cases, where it didn't help at all

Nah, item reimbursment isn't carried out by the GMs, or indeed anyone you can contact online. Reading the forums makes that abundantly clear.
